We recently leased a new KIP machine with your company. I want to tell you the reason why we chose Accent over the other company that provided a proposal. It was the excellent service we have received from your company in the past with our copier and previous KIP machine. I can call with a problem and Accent is out there the same day. Only once during season did we have to wait. After comparing the proposals I told our owner and office manager that I wanted to stay with Accent due to their great service record. In today’s world prompt customer service is impossible to find but your company still provides it. It makes my life easier.

Thank you for sending Jamie to fix our printer/copier. We were having issues with paper jams that were causing our work flow to come to a halt. Jamie did a very thorough job of trouble-shooting the problems, checking and replacing the parts in an efficient manner, and cleaning and replacing the rollers. He answered our questions and fixed the machine so that it runs smoothly, without problems. He stayed a little extra time to make sure the problems were solved, and we were up and running again.
He was professional and friendly. We appreciate the fact that he took the time to do a complete and excellent job.
